I've been running.
Well, I should be more specific and say that I have run a few times. I plan to keep this up.
I want to get in shape. You'd think that lifting and carrying a 22 pound baby and 28 pound toddler on a regular basis would be enough.
It's not.
I would have never thought that I would enjoy running. And at first, I didn't. It was awful. But one day I ran 1.7 miles. I had never run that far without someone telling me to do so.
It was empowering.
I am planning to run a few races this year. Wish me luck.
