The Pumpkin Patch

On our fourth wedding anniversary we went to  a  two pumpkin patches!  The first one was disappointing, if you ask me (Kraig thought it was okay) so we tried another one nearby.  It was much better.

The second farm had many more activities.  Perfect.

Owen loved running around (and around, and around) in the hay maze.

And we explored the pumpkin patch.  Not for long, though.  Owen was pretty excited about all the other stuff.

My baby is SO BIG!  Does this make anyone else's heart hurt?!  He's such a little man.   

Sigh.  They truly grow up so fast.

We tried for quite a while to convince him to go into the bounce house.  He was NOT having it.  Finally, after some sweet talk from his mama, he excitedly got in.  Kraig was impressed with how I was able to persuade him.  I never give away my secrets but I didn't bribe, didn't threaten (why would I ever?), and didn't force.  I am just that good ;-)

He loved it, of course.  And then we couldn't get him to come out.

Ha!


We also brought Sophie along to the farm.  Obviously she needed a bath when we got home...  But it was her birthday (!!!   She is one year old!) so of COURSE she came along.

Supervising the bouncing, of course.  

We had a wonderful time.  I'm glad we found our "favorite" pumpkin patch for next year.
