Christmas decorating and crafts have been in full swing ever since the weekend after Thanksgiving. For some reason, this year seems less stressful than years past. We're going at our own pace, doing only the things that bring us joy, and enjoying time together. It feels nice.
We sent some Christmas cards- some to close family and friends, as well as a special round of cards especially from Owen. He sent them to some of his best friends in Cleveland and Portland. The cards may not have been his idea, but he sure had a lot of fun "signing" them.
Kraig and I gave our gifts to each other early. Technically, we gave our GIFT early. We both wanted one thing and one thing only- a digital SLR camera. Merry Christmas to us! We've been messing around with it because neither of us have the patience to read the manuals... yet. It's becoming more obvious that we need a little instruction, though.
