Okay, so we went on a date. Kind of. I mean, it was. Sort of.
We were just getting settled in and ready for me to start cooking dinner on a Friday night when Gordon texted me to say that if we wanted to go out for an hour or so, they'd be happy to watch the boys.
Uh. Is that a question?!
Donna and Gordon knew that Kraig's work schedule was getting a little ridiculous (he was going in early/staying a little late- like, 5pm, ha- to get his back room/office in order) and wanted to give us some time to catch up. So sweet!
We quickly texted back, scurried out the door, and went to grab a quick dinner at Los Gordito's. The boys did great!
We're so very lucky to have trusted people next door that we love, and who love us and our boys.
