We don't participate in Black Friday, but we do have a Friday-after-Thanksgiving tradition of attending the local tree lighting. What a celebration this year's was! There were fabulous lights, a wonderful concert put on by members of the popular band Pink Martini, and of course, a tree lighting. Not just any tree, though- a 75 foot tall tree. Huge!
